Antimullerian Ovarian Reserve (AMH) blood test kit is used for the quantitative determination of AMH content in human serum or plasma.
Antimalarial-stimulating hormone (AMH) is a hormone secreted by the adenohypophysis. It is mainly responsible for regulating the proliferation of thyroid cells, Antimullerian blood supply, synthesis, and secretion of thyroid hormone, and plays the most important regulatory role in maintaining normal Antimullerian function. The disease of the pituitary gland can directly affect the synthesis and release of AMH. When the thyroid gland itself causes abnormal Antimullerian hormone synthesis and secretion, the secretion of pituitary AMH and serum AMH levels can also be affected.
This AMH blood test kit uses the immunofluorescence double antibody sandwich metod to quantitatively determine the concentration of AMH in serum or plasma.
The test strip (T) is coated with an anti-AMH antibody corresponding to the object to be tested, and the control strip (C) is coated with an independent quality control antibody.
Take the sample to be tested and add to the sample well of the test cassette, the AMH antigen in the sample is combined with the AMH antibody labeled with fluorescent microspheres on the binding pad to form a reaction complex.
Under chromatography, the reaction complex moved along the nitrocellulose membrane and be captured by pre-coated antibodies in the test region (T) of the nitrocellulose membrane, DNP marker is captured by an anti-DNP antibody on the NC membrane in the quality control area (C).
After the reaction was completed, the fluorescence intensity of the T and C lines is measured by the fluorescence immune analyzer and the AMH concentration in the sample is calculated.
