The BMC BiPAP System or the Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure device is a new intelligent CPAP Machine designed for patients needing different pressure levels for inhalation and exhalation.

This device is intended to provide non-invasive ventilation for patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and breathing disease like COPD, either in the hospital or at home. The device is to be used only under the instruction of licensed healthcare professionals. Your home care provider will make the correct pressure settings according to your health care professional’s prescription. To ensure that you receive the safe, effective therapy prescribed for you, use only BMC accessories.

The BMC BiPAP S Automatic BiPAP systems are ideal for sleep apnea users who struggle to adjust to a fixed pressure. The BMC  BiPAP S Automatic BiPAP system automatically adjusts to deliver the required BiPAP pressure through the night to optimize therapy comfort. Ideal for CPAP users who find it difficult to adjust to a fixed pressure, the BMC BiPAP has two different adjustable therapy pressures up to 20cm H2O. This optional mode reduces pressure on exhalation.

Using the supplied humidifier with your BiPAP machine will reduce common symptoms like dryness of the throat and congestion. The Eco-Smart humidifier comes free with all BMC machines and adds heat and moisture to the air delivered by the system, improving overall comfort.   The patented Smart Eco The humidifier has a valve to limit the amount of water heated by the humidifier at any time. The humidifier can also be removed when traveling to reduce size and weight, making your T-25T Machine the ideal travel companion.

Important Notes

Bi-level (BPAP) machines need to be set up strictly in accordance with the settings prescribed by a Sleep Physician. Regular monitoring and supervision of patients using Bi-Level therapy are required.

Please consult your sleep physician for advice on which model is most suitable for you.

Air filters should be replaced at least every 6 months, or monthly if there are smokers or pets in the household.

The BMC T-25T BiPAP device delivers the following therapies:

CPAP – Delivers Continuous Positive Airway Pressure; CPAP maintains a constant level of pressure throughout the breathing cycle. If your health care professional has prescribed a ramp for you, you can press the Ramp Button to reduce the pressure and then gradually increase the pressure to the therapeutic pressure setting so that you can fall asleep more comfortably

S Mode [Spontaneous Triggered]– A bi-level mode that responds to both your inhalation and exhalation by increasing pressure when you start to inhale and decreasing pressure when you start to exhale. There is no automatic delivery of a breath you do not inhale.

Please note: This device should only be used with the mask and accessories manufactured or recommended by BMC or with those recommended by your prescribing physician. The use of inappropriate masks and accessories may affect the performance of the device and impair the effectiveness of therapy.
