Luteinizing Hormone (HL) blood test kit is used for the quantitative determination of HL content in human serum or plasma.

Luteinizing Hormone hormone (HL) is a hormone secreted by the adenohypophysis. It is mainly responsible for regulating the proliferation of thyroid cells, Luteinizing blood supply, synthesis, and secretion of thyroid hormone, and plays the most important regulatory role in maintaining normal thyroid function. The disease of the pituitary gland can directly affect the synthesis and release of HL. When the thyroid gland itself causes abnormal Luteinizing hormone synthesis and secretion, the secretion of pituitary HL and serum HL levels can also be affected.

This HL blood test kit uses the immunofluorescence double antibody sandwich method to quantitatively determine the concentration of HL in serum or plasma.
The test strip (T) is coated with an anti-HL antibody corresponding to the object to be tested, and the control strip (C) is coated with an independent quality control antibody.
Take the sample to be tested and add to the sample well of the test cassette, the HL antigen in the sample is combined with the HL antibody labeled with fluorescent microspheres on the binding pad to form a reaction complex.
Under chromatography, the reaction complex moved along the nitrocellulose membrane and be captured by pre-coated antibodies in the test region (T) of the nitrocellulose membrane, DNP marker is captured by an anti-DNP antibody on the NC membrane in the quality control area (C).
After the reaction was completed, the fluorescence intensity of the T and C lines is measured by the fluorescence immune analyzer and the HL concentration in the sample is calculated.
