Q: Does the product contain batteries? Can it be charged?

A: Yes, the product has a built-in lithium battery, can be charged using the TYPE-C data cable.

Q: How long does it take for the product to be fully charged?

A: Usually 90 minutes to 120 minutes is fully charged.

Q: How long can it use with a full charge?

A: Usually can be used continuously for 6~8 hours.

Q: Can it be used during exercise?

A: While it is true that our oximeters are designed for sports enthusiasts, it is not recommended for use during motion. This means that you may take a reading during your exercise session only when you stop to take a break (ensure you are keeping still) or after you complete your exercise.

Q: After several months my device will only rarely give a readout. Changing batteries doesn’t help. Is it broken?

A: Please note that when your blood perfusion level is low, the device might have a hard time registering an accurate reading. We suggest that you warm your hands and fingers before taking the measurements. You can do this simply by rubbing your hands together. Remember your pulse oximeter is measuring your SpO2 and PR based on your blood flow. If the blood flow in your finger drops below a certain level, the pulse oximeter will not be able to function.

Q: Will it accurately read with acrylic nails?

A: Please note that nail polish and false fingernails may cause false readings.

HOW TO USE

1. Pinch the clip as shown.

2. Insert your finger into the oximeter (finger down, nails aim at the infrared source) and then release the clip. Don’t shake, Keep your fingers stable.

3.When the waveforms are consistent, read the relevant data directly from the display screen. (Press the button once during measurement to convert the display direction once, and you can convert 4 directions in total, 6 display modes)
